All cancellations are subject to the following conditions and the Cancellation Policy-
- After check in at Shivay Adventure, guest will not be allowed to cancel the booking and full amount of the booking will be paid by the guest.
- If the guest cancel the booking at the time of check in, the booking amount will not be refunded.
- Refunds for Cancellation before the time of check in will be payable as following:-
