Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS-

1. Bookings confirmation is subject of advance payment which is 30 % of the total billing amount.
2. Full package price will be applicable for Children above the age of 10 years. Half package price will be applicable for Children from the age of 4 year to 9 years.
3. In case of any Natural disaster like heavy rainfall, thunder storm, Mountain sliding etc. we are not liable for any compensation. No amount of money will be refunded in that case.
4. Every guest should follow the compulsory guidelines/instructions given by the Camp Owner/Staff/Guide. In case of any act of not following the instructions, we are not liable for any damage.
5. Guest are liable to pay any type of damages done by them to the property or towards the staff.
6. Misbehaving with the staff will not be tolerated in any manner and strict legal action will be taken in that case.
7. All disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction.
8. All Terms & Conditions written here are clear and are made of to avoid any conflict between Team Shivay Adventure and our Guests.
